Honestly a pleasant experience all around. The staff were friendly and Dr. Wali was super nice. My insurance didn't work but they gave me a hefty 200 dollar discount which I greatly appreciate. And being open on Saturday is a big plus because no other dentists in the area seem to be open on Saturdays. Overall I'm very, very satisfied.

I have been going to Soft Touch Dentistry and Dr. Wali since 2005, and now my spouse also goes there. Staff is so welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable. I love how I feel like a fresh new person after my biannual cleaning and check-up.

Ignorant receptionist and awful dentist. I had to come back next day bcuz of the toothache she caused, moreover she made me wait in there for 2 hrs. And the receptionist was as if she doesn’t give any regard, no empathetic smile, nothing, just a cold stare at her computer. In the cabinet was floating dust particles and the chair was creaking and the computer got frozen right in the middle of the work and the dentist left me with my mouth open, basically forgot about me. And the dentist got a wrong tooth too (not the aching one). Terrible! I had to go elsewhere to get the aching tooth fixed. You should know that profile names are may be different. You should remember your patients by your screwups and complaints. And come on! one can’t be that dumb to confuse the location of their tooth treatment, I’m talking about Dr. Sofia Wali.

I have been seeing Dr. Wali for over 7 years. She is an amazing dentist and I have referred countless people to her. The work she does is amazing and she makes her clients feel comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to.

Amazing Dentist !!!!! I get anxiety attacks when I hear the tools in the dentist office. So, I would rather do anything else to avoid going to the dentist out of fear till I find Dr. Sofia Wali 14 years ago. She is amazing at making you feel comfortable and at-easy. She is great listener and she makes her patients feel they are extremely important. She is one off the best dentists in the DMV without a question in my opinion. She is amazing at comforting patients and making them feel at ease. I also fond her to be a great communicator in the since that she explains everything that’s going to happen before starting anything and will ask you if you’re okay and want to proceed. I also like how she never pushes me to get more than I can handle at my visitation. Yes, it can take bit longer time wise because she is always busy. However, I would trade that for the comfort and care I receive at every appointment, not to mention her employees are always happy, welcoming and friendly. I recommended many of my friends and family members and will continue to recommend her to to any one asking for dentist. Thank you, guys for your great service.
