Smile Makers is a great dentist! I hadn’t been in over 10 years and the dentist was so sweet and explained everything to me in detail without making me feel bad. The front desk staff was super welcoming and friendly and even discussed all the payment options with me and left me leaving comfortable and happy! Cant wait for my next appt!

I had an appointment in Falls Church smiles makers dental clinic at 3.30 pm and o was there 3.15 pm ı waited almost 2 hours at 4.45 pm front desk lady’s said that the doctor had left, I asked for my examination order twice, they did not answer, I wanted to talk to the manager, the lady sitting at the front desk said that she was the manager, while talking about the subject, she said that she was not the manager, that is, she lied. The lady at the front desk is constantly shouting and trying to raise the price right at the door They were extremely disrespectful, and a lady who came later stated that the working hours were over and acted very disrespectfully. I definitely do not recommend it, never Not a smiles makers TROUBLE MAKERS Incidentally, you answered a reply stating that I am not a patient registered in your system, in addition to the pictures, I put my appointment confirmation from you.

Very Unprofessional Service and Poor Communication. I had a very disappointing experience at Smiles Makers Dental Center at the Baileys Crossroads location. I mistakenly went to their other location and had to call them to let them know I was running behind. After calling to inform them I would be 20 minutes late and confirming that it was okay to be late and that my appointment would be moved, I was assured everything was fine. After 5 minutes of the call I made, the receptionist called me and asked where I was and again, I explained my situation. She assured me that it was fine and she was moving my appointment down and to come in anyways. However, after waiting for an hour at the correct location, I was informed that the dentist would not see me and that I needed to reschedule. I was frustrated, especially after having already communicated my situation twice. To make matters worse, when I called to request my medical records so I can begin a transfer process, the receptionist inaccurately stated that I was 30 minutes late, though I was only 20 minutes behind. She also claimed that the rescheduling was due to a lack of communication about moving my appointment time, despite hearing another patient being accommodated for a similar delay. That patient came in 20 minutes late as well after me, yet they were accommodated. This lack of professionalism and poor communication were extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning to this office.
