Neighborhood Health accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most Private Insurance plans. We assist patients with Medicaid and enrollment including children, pregnant women, and eligible adults. For low-income uninsured or underinsured patients, we offer sliding fee discounts based on family income. “Neighborhood health clinic has been awesome from customer service to scheduling to lab tests and nurses and doctors, counselors and pharmacy staff. Prices are based on your income. I was respected about my health concerns and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. Terrible service. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold for a long period of time. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all. This is ridiculous, I’ve been trying to get in contact with them since Thursday and it’s Monday now and nothing.

I scheduled an appointment there for 8:30 I had a few problems this morning getting the kids dressed I got there around 9:50 and she rescheduled 2-3 days later never tried to help on the occurring day very little understanding I took it disrespectful my son is not even a month old customer service sucks my son was also with me when I walked in the door
