I’ve never reviewed a dentist before, but my experience here was particularly bad. Very poor communication and bedside manner. I came in for a filling and both the dentist and hygienist I worked with provided almost no communication throughout the visit. The dentist didn’t narrate what was going on at all, just sat down and put his hands in my mouth. When I asked what he was putting on my gums when there was a burning sensation, he dismissed me and said I’ll tell you later (and then never told me). In terms of the service, the dentist had his arm pressing against my head the whole time he was working. I’ve never had a dentist use my head as prop before. Really wanted to like this place given how close it is, but I will not be going back.

My brother got Implants and crowns for his two front teeth and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much to the people that worked with us. he definitely feels more comfortable with himself.

I visited this dental office twice, hoping my first experience was a fluke, but unfortunately, it wasn't. On my first visit, the receptionists (Roxy(?) was one of their names) gave me a hard time about my insurance even after I handed them my card and had previously given them the information via email. They didn’t seem to know the name of my insurance (BCBS), which was frustrating. My insurance company ended up calling them back and solved it by walking the receptionists through the process. Additionally, I waited over 2 hours for a simple checkup and was there until well after 7pm. During the appointment, the dental hygienist made my gums bleed despite my regular flossing routine. To make matters worse, the staff were unprofessional, arguing in the hallway, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. The tech said it was taking so long because they were ‘busy’, but the receptionist literally said, “He is here for a checkup, he should not be here for 2 hours when no one else is here,” during one of their altercations in the hallway. When the dentist finally saw me, it was for barely 2 minutes and he said nothing of substance beyond “how are you” without expecting to respond further. About a month later, I decided to give them another chance because of their good ratings and went back for fillings. The procedure was done quickly and well enough without having to numb anything, but I still felt uncomfortable. The tech was not great at the water sucking hose, and a giant spit string was left across my face during the procedure. I know they saw it, and they did not wipe it away. The dentist only spoke about two sentences to me without any explanation about my fillings or the overall state of my teeth. They also left all the teeth articulating sheet paint on my teeth, and i had brush my teeth or go out with the stuff all over my teeth… Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and the uncomfortable atmosphere. This dental office did not live up to its good ratings, and I won’t be returning. Update as of July 2024: They left a ❤️ emoji on my review then deleted it… not sure what that means!

I came in today as a new patient. I called very short notice yesterday asking if they can take me in. they set me up for xray and dental the very next day. The two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful and very nice. I had Whitney as my dental hygienist who did the cleaning . She was very detailed and thorough in the cleaning , and very communicative through every step . I definitely recommend to anyone. I already made my 6 month appointment . See you guys soon!
