I had a dental emergency and this office fit me in to help repair a chipped front tooth. They were impressively accommodating. Dr D was very kind and spent nearly two hours making sure that things looked just right - mind you, this was also on New Years Eve! Thea was the assistant, and she is pure gold. She's talented, meticulous, kind and reassuring. If more patients realized that this was an accessible dental experience and Thea would hold their hand through it, there would be a line around the block. She is really wonderful. Of course, this was a traumatic experience for me, but I landed in good hands and highly recommended this office. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all.

My experience at Dental Associates of Northern Virginia office City of Falls church is great. The office environment is very well coming. The staff is very friendly, caring and very professional. Dr. Ensiyeh Bateni is excellent for what she does. She explained the Invisalign treatment plan very clearly. During the procedures she was gentle and very patient. She is a very good listener. Dr. Desio is a consummate professional - knowledgeable, thoughtful, methodical, and careful. The appointment and billing staff are responsive, friendly, and helpful. I’ve rarely had the same dental hygienist twice. They all are proficient. A year ago one tried to upsell my family members on a bunch of procedures that were optional and not covered by my insurance. So be sure to ask if an optional suggested procedure, like coating your teeth with fluoride, is covered by your insurance.
