Dr. Spagna saw my daughter immediately when we called with concerns. The front of office staff were so kind and welcoming. The office is beautiful and I was immediately put at ease speaking with Dr. Spagna. He's clearly an expert in his field!

My dentist, who was fantastic, recently retired. Having to find a new one made me a bit anxious, but luckily, Chris Spagna's practice came up in a google search. After reading a few reviews (he doesn't have a many) I decided to give him a try. This guy is amazing and his practice reminded me of my own business. Everyone was friendly, the office was spotless and I was greeted by name as soon as I walked in the door, even though they had never met me. I am confident I have found someone who I can trust, who talks to me like I'm a friend as well as a patient and who didn't try to upsell me. If you're looking for a comfortable, professional and friendly place to go for great dental care, stop your search and make an appointment with Chris Spagna.

I'm new to the area. I poke around for recommendations and people direct me to another place in Arlington (Dental Devotion). I tell them I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists telling me I need work done that I later discovered was unnecessary. They say "oh that's so terrible" and proceed to tell me I need 6 cavities filled (I've only had two cavities filled in my 39 years of life, and one of those was definitely unnecessary). I ask them for my x-rays and proceed to find new recommendations. A friend points me in the direction of Dr. Spagna. The experience is night and day, and SO refreshing. Dr. Spagna is thorough, patient, personable, knowledgeable, and willing to walk me through the entirety of his thinking about the state of my dental health. He takes pictures. He shows me what the other dentists said were cavities, and turn out only to be stains. He agrees with me that if he has to drill a hole much bigger than a cavity to fill it, it's probably not worth filling it. He explains that "nothing is stronger than a healthy virgin tooth," and that a filling will have to be constantly maintained for the rest of your life—confirming my belief that it's best to avoid them unless really necessary. He says he wants to "win me back to dentistry." And so he has. I highly recommend Dr. Spagna, and wish all dentists were like him! Thanks!
