Great service. We have had issue with insurance & we had to reschedule few times because of this issue & Camelia has been so patient & helpful to us throughout the process, I really appreciate her tremendous patience & help. Even there pediatric studio is also great. Would definitely recommend this dental studio.

Really nice folks here, organized for insurance and financial expectations. We did have one appointment we ended up needing to reschedule because the doctor was running an hour behind for our 1-hour appt. Be aware though that they have orthodontist appointments only on Mondays and Thursdays during the workday - so you’ll need to pull your kids early from school or schedule around work meetings to accommodate.

This is the least organized medical establishment I have ever come across. Their scheduling/front desk team are completely incompetent. I had an appointment scheduled back in December, had to reschedule a week before the appointment because I was going out of town. Front desk woman tells me the next available appointment they have is FEBRUARY. I say fine, what date in February. She sits there for two whole minutes then says actually it’s March. I say fine what date and time for March (we’re now three months past my original cleaning date). She comes back again and says oops sorry I meant May. I’m a teacher so I say screw this put me down for June when I’m out of school (it will have been a year since my last cleaning and I usually go every six months). June rolls around and I am getting hounded with calls to reschedule (three total reschedule dates) because oops the dentist isn’t in this date or this time that they set me up for. Comes to the day of my appointment and I get woken up by a call and voicemail that say yes your appointment is at 1, but we actually have an opening at 12 so can you come in? I don’t respond, then they text me the same thing. I call them back and say 12 is fine. I get a call not 20 minutes later asking can you please switch back to 1 the dentist has a “meeting” at that time. Sure whatever. Just clean my teeth so I can be done with this place. Will be switching to a new dentist after all of this.

Absolutely love this dentist office my only complaint. Is that today I had permanent crowns placed but when taking off my temps they were so well on my teeth that I felt all pain of pulling etc. Crying and almost screaming my son freaking out it took all that for my dr. To get the hint hmmm maybe I should give something for the pain. Once I had numbing to my mouth all went fine. My only complaint and concern is once it was seen I was in pain the first time trying to get temp off instead of continuing to try and hope for the best numb me from the get go. Not everyone is the same. I have tmj as well as other dental problems that have been and are in process of being addressed. Its a work in process. It takes time but I feel everything done intensified by 100 unlike most. Something that most could do with out numbing I can't I have to be numbed up or after I feel like a bus ran over my face. I wish that feeling on no one. and now I'm paying for the after math pain. Feeling throbbing and pressure and soreness more then normal because of my mouth issues. That is only reason I gave 3 stars past that it would 100 percent be a 5 star.
